YB Gobalakrishnan teaching Tamil to fellow reporters

The first part of the video shows our YB Gobalakrishnan (PKR - Padang Serai) giving a detailed explanation on the usage of the ill-defined ‘okkaru/okkru‘ Tamil word, in which, if the word is pronounced differently, it leads to a disaster! On the second half of the video, he explains that “Okkarungge” means “to sit”, but I find that particular scene to be funny and it seems like a “Tamil teaching session” for fellow reporters!
