Some Indian girls and their “weird” mentality

The article over here has totally inspired me to write an article of my own, and once again, It would be directed to those INDIAN GIRLS (Some of them)! I hereby declare that I have no wrath or what-so-ever towards the Indian girls as what I’m typing here is what I have in mind. So please do not jump into a conclusion saying that I’m a bloody sexist moron!
First and foremost, nowadays, It is very rare to see our Indian girls speaking in their own mother-tongue, especially when they are in a large group. Let me take the Tamil language for example, as it is the widely used language amongst the Malaysian Indians. Allright, when I am talking about “large group”, this usually denotes a situation whereby alot of hunks and ‘western boys’ are around, surrounding the group of girls. So, as we all may know, some girls would do whatever shit to seek attention. In this case, their way of gaining an attention would be the language they are speaking as well as the topic that comes into the picture.
Initially, they would be talking in Tamil on how sucky they are in their studies while walking towards a place and, the moment they get nearer those ‘western boys’, a sudden twist in their language and topic would be taking place. All of a sudden they would be talking like:
Girl 1: Yesterday he called me yar… but I never answered the fon yar…
Girl 2: Relax yar… we are getting a lot of calls like this and it is usual for us…
For somewhat reason, those ‘western boys’ are an ardent fan of this type of girls, and once they hear the girls’ conversations, their prompt reaction would be “wow…. savadi sarekes dei…” though It could be clearly seen that they have tried their level best to become a little pretty with the help of excessive make-ups and immediately, the boys would start to:
1) Mumble amongst themselves about the girls.
2) One of the boy would start to whistle. (Rat wannabe)
3) Another would be staring at those girls from top to bottom.
4) Somehow, there would be a nerd in that group keeping himself quiet.
And that’s it. End of story.
So, the point is, why is the need of this sudden twist by certain Indian girls? Who on earth taught you that ALL the guys would be attracted to English-spoken girls, albeit some of you speak English like shit?
I am neither saying that guys won’t be disturbing the girls when they talk in Tamil nor ‘western boys’ hate those pure-estate Tamil girls as I know nothing about their mentality and how they define and differentiate the term ‘girls’ and ‘Indian girls’. But, one thing that bothers me is that, how do those ‘boys’ and ‘girls’ mentioned above brought up their mentality to this extent? To the extent that talking in ENGLISH in front of other people from the same race is somewhat high-class whilst talking in TAMIL degrades them as being backwards and lame perhaps?
An example of a scenario in a temple:
*A ‘pooja’ has just finished and a Tamil girl is asking her Tamil friend the following*
Girl 1: Hey Prisha, have you taken the ‘thirnur’ thing yar?….
Girl 2: Haven’t yet yar..
These two girls would be in the center of attraction in that particular place inside that temple and when most of the people stare at them, they believe that the others would be thinking “Ohh, these girls speak English and they are great!“.
But the truth? “Who let these morons inside this temple! For god’s sake, Tamille pesunggela!!“.
Another example on how irritating some girls could be is by giving answers such as:
Puhleaseeeeee lar!
Yea, right!!
The above two are some of the common answers a guy could get. And, the most interesting thing is that, they would be just perfect to be fit in into any kind of situation, leaving us, the guys, further speechless while giving the girls an opportunity to move forward.
You comment anything about the girl, and you shall get the former answer. And when you deny your first comment by saying that you were joking earlier, you shall be getting the latter answer.
Here are some of the examples of questions and answers involving a NERD boyfriend and his cynical girlfriend:
1) You look pretty.
- Yea, right!!
- Puhleaseeeeee lar!
2) Can I call you out?
- Puhleaseeeeee lar!
3) I passed my exam. I am so happy you know! It’s all because of you dear.
- Yea, right!!
4) I think you should start to blog about the sufferings of Malaysian Indians.
- Hellooooo, Puhleaseeeeee lar!!!
5) I won’t eat unless you haven’t took your dinner.
- Yea, right!!
- Puhleaseeeeee lar!
Sounds annoying huh? PUHLEASEeeee LARRRR!!!
*My utmost respect goes to all who respects their mother-tongue and won’t be feeling whatever shit to talk in their respective mother-tongue without taking concern who or what is watching them. I know it is your rights to speak in whatever language you want, but never ever abandon your mother-tongue. And, I know that English is the universal language either. Showing off to others on how proficient you are in that language is utter stupid. Lastly, certain guys are the same too and the article above ONLY APPLIES TO CERTAIN PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE OFFENDED! Now, that doesn’t make me a sexist right?

I like the “thirnur” part yar. Hope you write more of this yar.Appreciate it yar.
Indeed. A very good article.. something which we all are aware about in fact.
..but would love to see you type that in Tamil. at least it wont be just pointing fingers.
..just a suggestion though.
take care~.
Indiangirl, sometimes it depends on reader base. Articles can’t be written in Tamil because most of the readers do not read/write Tamil.
Cheers.
im 1000000000000% agree
..Try to speak tamil….dun say duuno…..try
plzzz a small request 4rm me..

TAMIL UNNAI UYYERTHAM….
hmm good article there…howeva i will admit dat i am a lil dissapointed with myself not being able to speak my mother-tongue…it was due to my english educated upbringing!!But the good thing tho, is ova the years i’ve managed to understand what my friends speak juz dat i cant seem to pronounce tamil words right..n YES dey do “kutuk” me for dat, n it becomes a barrier for me to further learn!!haha but i do enjoy annoying them with my tamil..hmm but i totally agree about the part where guys and girls actually switch language juz to impress ur somewhat “western” people..i think datz juz so wrong!!learn to be urself and not put on an act cuz u may turn out to be a disaster or dissapointment!!i’ve seen it for myself…if i cud speak tamil fluently, i would take dat as an advantage against those who do not understand the language and be proud of it!!well dats juz my POV…tc peepz
oh ya.. i forgot bout the ‘yar’ … i think those gals think if they use the ‘yar’ in their conversation.. it will make them look like aishwarya rai or shilpa shetty.. hahaha… english dahla kekok… the only word they know in hindi oso is yar..
the only language they know properly is tamil, that oso they malu wanna use.. i think this indian gals wud rather choose to
look stupid with their improper english than talkin in tamil..
i wonder how many indians know about their own vedas , puranas and gitas..
The main thing I did after or should i say during reading this article is laugh. Its because, I’ve come upon this type of girl once. I am not comdemning her attitude or what.
She is a very good girl, but when it comes to the talking part, she have to keep her impromptu perfect. Prior importance should taken by parents to ensure they instil Tamilan culture to their childrens. Speaking in Tamil wont change anything rite…

makkez….Gurls goin 2 wrap and rape u! haha…over “yar” ithu! wakakaka!!!!!!!!
‘Yaaarrr’. that’s one thing i find funny especially when someone hit’s the tone right. I guess they would grow out of it sooner or later when they finally realise how they act and think around people could be a pain in the ass to some.
Hope this doesn’t apply to indians who seriously wasn’t brought up around the language and had a totally different upbringing.
makkehzz…
ungal karuthuku rombe nandri..;p
Thanks for being with me my fellow rakan seperjuangan’s.
@IndianGirl
Thanks for your suggestion. But typing in Tamil and let alone, in this Wordpress blogging software is a big headache, as I have to crawl back the WP-Config file and comment out some codes which relates to the UTF8 character set and then only those Tamil wordings would appear.
good job bro !! give me a call when u r free la.. puhleasee la.. haha..
dont see u online edi now dayz. !
nice article bro………
tamille pesunggala…….
gud job………………..
hahaha…nice article…i like the way u say the shit that some indian galzz do today…my outmost respect 2 u….
kumaresh
Kinda busy with my social life lar bro… Haha.
And, thanks to others!
well, too much culture shock kot..all paris hilton wannabes:D
Proper language should be used to address the proper group. If everybody can understand tamil, then its wise to use it. same goes for other languages! It is almost very rare to see a chinese speaking english to another chinese unless he/she cannot speak chinese at all. then why the nadippu in our society??
adui..kena buat satu royal commission for this since we got so much money left after the petrol price increase:p
nice article..
I was blog-hopping and landed here. Good topic I must say. I can’t speak for others but I studied in a local Uni (and I’m proud of it), and this was not prevalent there back then. No idea about the current situation. Between, the ‘yaar’ sounds very much ‘typical’ India, rather than being stylish. Bollywood stars speak good English. Big-B’s blog is a prove of this.
ammu.
well its a nice article..but still kinna touched in the mean way..
hi there…
well first and foremost, no offence intended..
but some people have been brought up in an environment where English is their first language…
By speaking english doesnt meant one does not know or even worst, plans to ignore their own mother tongue…
like a coin that has two sides, its clear that the writer has spoken his mind from one perspective..
i would just like to express my two cents worth…
the one mundane scenario that i have always come across is when an indian guy sees an indian gal speaking english, the first question that comes out of his mouth is - can u speak tamil ah??? n if she says yes.. than without even giving her a chance, he would go - oh eating parupu but speaking english..
lol.. this again, does not include every single indian guy but majority of them do say so.. have you guys who practice such a manner ever stopped for a second to think how would that gal feel??? u dont even give her a chance to explain herself but within seconds, she is branded as someone who thinks speaking in her own mother tongue is an ignominy…trust me, i do know some gals who speak english just to attract attention when in real, english is not their first/most speaked lingo.. on the other hand, there are gals who have been moulded in such a way where english is their first language.. so instead of going to temple n listening to what gals speak among themselves,. lets just pray n come… guess that is the purpose of going to temple n would solve all this rifts…
I hope you don’t mind me adopting one sentence of yours Ms.Shamini:
trust me, i do know some gals who speak english just to attract attention when in real, english is not their first/most speaked lingo
Well, the above would be the CORE reason on why I wrote this article, and I am dedicating it to the above mentioned species.
And, regarding listening to what girls speak among themselves in temple, it won’t be a big issue if they really talk ‘among themselves’ but with their volume, their tone and their slang, ohh, it is just irritating! Once again, they might fall under the above mentioned category. Or to be rude a little, “attention whores”.
Cheers.
Well i hope i dont sound like those girls you’re talking about, coz i grew up speaking in english and my tamil is really broken, even though i do try my best to speak & learn tamil,i only speak tamil to ppl close to me. Im afraid other Indians might laugh at my Tamil. haishh..
Tht was really true….
And this happen to the gals whom just left college or Uni and even gals whom are coming frm ULU places. It’s kinda culture shock..
And not only tht even their dressings.. orang putih pun kalah..
Tamil le pesenatha yenna, alinja poyiru vingghe..
Yellam guys se attrack pannarethukku thaan..
waalaahh….reminds me of my college gals..haha…good one makkez…hate those kinda specimen till d max…bump into guys mean will speak like as if they never knew wat is tamil, once gone home : “yemma, yen ma theyneikum saambar vechi kolre…muttai pori ma…”..see dat…damn retarded!!!fcuk those arseholes la…wonder wat they wil moan when they being trashed!!!
lol makkez, i get ur point..
but at the same time, how can one know if that particular gal is seeking for attention or she just cant speak tamil..
its as if, all gals are being blamed just for some rotten egg’s mistake..
on the other hand, how bout guys who do the same? we cant deny that there are guys who think in the same line as those attention seekers aite???
well i guess, at the end of the day, attention seeking or not, we live in a free country.. everyone has thier own rights to speak whatever lingo they want…hence, its not for ur to comment let alone, reprimand them…
aite???
with that said n done, its only my perspective…chiowzzzz
“Siapa makan cili, dia yang terasa pedasnya”.
The above proverb would be enough to answer your first question.
As for your second question, kindly have a look at this post’s title, which goes like “SOME Indian girls…”. Please do take note of that word SOME, and maybe you would have read that article earlier in a rush, in such a way that you might have forgotten to read the ending part (in small texts). I would suggest you to read the ending part again.
For your third question, you have answered it by yourself. You mentioned that we live in a free country, and EVERYONE HAS THEIR RIGHTS TO SPEAK! As a blogger, we are utilising fully on the freedom of speech. Do mind that.
And, please stop contradicting your sentences.
Cheers.
ada…ada…ada…superb,brader…
bro…nice job man..i cant stoppin laughin..dat waz a fact bout dis annoying indian gals n their PUHLEEEEEEEEZZZ…….m sick of dat man…welll done bro
hahah…..gud piece of write up….i do agree with ur post…yea gals nwdays feel proud to speak in english than their mother-tongue among themselves…its not oni d gals but also d auntiessssssssssssssssss, unclesssssssssss n d boys….hehe….kononya they from higher educated family..my foot….speaking english doesnt mean ur very into d westernized world n those speaks in tamil are “kolot”…… d basic reason 4them speaking in such way in to impress the one wround them n gain attention of them….i’ve seen many “scenes” like tis in coll…esp d lectures…wen a Chinese lect meets another Chinese lect / students, they speak in mandarin or other chinese dialects and same goes to malays…but if an indian lect meets another indian lect (or students), started, as though they are born n brought up in sum other foreign country n their 1st language is english…why is it so…y have to b so fake…cant u b as who u are?? is tat so hard?? n why u feel ashame to speak in ur own mother tongue…is it tat disgraceful thing to b done in earth…i dunno when this kinda ppl gonna realise n be truth to themselves….im not asking not to speak in english…do speak when it is necessary..other than tat, speak in ur lovely tamil language….
“yaam arrinthe mohligalile, tamil pol inithavathu engu kaanum”

a little bit on my own experience.. went to my mom’s friend’s house.. i will call her aunty cat.. saw cat’s daughter.. i think she must be around 16 or 17.. cat called her and asked her to make drinks .. for me.. and she (the daughter) said ‘ what la mams.. u know i am so bz.. i need to study for exam tomoro’.. well, i thought its usual for her to talk to her mom in english..
but her mom replied ‘ yennadi thidirine english la peisera.. yan? boy irukana.. poi tanni kalake po’
and i was sitting there like

hey friend the blog is 8/10…but u forget to mention it occurs to gals commonly at their secondary n tertiary education…so the environment which effect them its right there..include boy in the case too.N i guess u have the point that gals do try to b attractive as possible to have all the center of attraction towards them so called “savadi sareke” ..anyway i guess u should not use the term ” pure estate” just to relate those mis behaviored gals.http://www.makkez.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_exclaim.gif
:!:Its because largely indian gals from estate dont behave those ways..they dun really have chance of socializing n if they are also i guess in a number of them only..Anyway in my view gal behavior n characteristic are build n shown wit identity of their parents itself..CONGRATZ anyway bro..
Cheers bro jvan!
It is like saying referring to “bodohs at parliament”. Although it may sound general, but we are actually referring to certain ‘bodohs’ only as not all of them are ‘bodohs.’
Anyway, thanks for your comment. To others, cheers!
Bro
This stuff annoys me as mush as to you. And i thought in the whole world i am being paranoid.
Plus i hate when they try use Malaysian-English accent in their conversation like “please la, bla bla”, it might be “cool” for them but the truth is it sucks in reality.
I am not a perfect speech giver but at least i don’t imagine Paris Hilton as being in my friends and family list.
“Western boys” who buys hip hop jeans from the mall for Deepavali and bling bling from Petaling street, pretends to be next real slim shady just seem not right to me. Even Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park is lightly dressed compared to you guys.
And whats with the Malayalee/Telegu superiority shit? You guys need to be realistic with today world or your going down the drain with that kind of attitude.
I am sorry if i say something wrong, but we need to face some truth in some point of our life.
