Facts speak the truth, and the main reason as to why malayalees and punjabis isolate themselves from their fellow ‘Indians’ is due to their incompetency in studies and work. I’ve never ever come across a malayalee/ punjabi top scorer when i was in school or for tht matter in Uni now. due to lack of opportunities in malaysia since they are competeing with their much superior Tamilian counterparts, they are forced to form a ‘NEW RACE’ so tht a special quota would be elocated for them in basically everything.
If you have a Punjabi/ Malayalee close friend : my advice is, BE CAREFUL. Its as simple as tht. You dont have to ditch these pariahs, just be cautious when revealing any sort of information to them, especially in studies. You will always find a punjabi/malayalee in a group of Tamils. It’s seems great war of words juz happened.
I am not trying deny or prove what others say is true or fake.
In my opinion, for malayali’s who wants to strengthen their kinship or clan power, the only way is to go back to places where they’re are known as indigenous peoples. Then, they can mingle among them without any commotion.
Since, unfortunately, they borned here in Malaysia, that kind of spirit is least welcomed by others. So my advice regarding this is, leave the thought aside and be united with others, as that will improve all of us together as one.

Pls restrain yourself from posting vulgar and unappropriate words in this or any blogs. Mates, we are indians who are known for kindness, smartness and rich tradition all over the world. Our tradition, culture & history goes back to 5000 years. so, lets show some maturity, rich knowledge & facts during comment posting.
So, back to topic. While i can understand concern of the malayalees on this issue, i’m totally disagree that marriage between a malayalee girl and tamil guy will destroy the malayalam language. Malayalees can still hold on to their tradition and language even though married to indian, or in a matter of fact to other races. I have seen indian who married chinese still talking in tamil and practising all the hindu poojas even though their chinese partner is a christian or buddhist. So, the responsibility lies on the malayalee itself to upkeep the language and not blaming this type marriages for the language problems.
Malayalees can be married to any one or races in this world and if they continue their tradition and language, i dont see any reason why the malayalam language will diminish from this world. Indians was here, in earth for the past 5000 years. Their languages has flourished and survived all the time because its simply of us that teach & practising our language all the time.
Malayalees…pls hold on to your tradition and language and i’m very sure your unique language will survive for another 5000 years like tamilans. Pls organize more forums, activities, national and world level conferences on malayalam language.

Yes, M1 does stands for “Maire Satu (M1)”, which means “we don’t give a damn!” or “we don’t give a phuck!”. This term is quite popular in some areas especially in KL and Selangor but I do not know about other states though. And no, I do not know the direct translation of it in Malayalam either.

It is true that Malayalees are Proud but not all. High class and low class does not come based on your caste.
