Arghhh..

It is taking longer than expected! My telephone line is supposed to be transferred to a new location in 3 WORKING DAYS time according to one of the Telekom staffs. And until now, it has been 2 freaking weeks and no shit and no calls from them!

I called them up and they told me that they’ll get it done ASAP as the branch which I went to was stupid enough to keep quiet for one whole week without informing the main Telekom branch (told by the Telekom staff who attended my call).

Hopefully, I would be able to get my telephone line / internet connection by this Friday!

Note: This post was made to pour out my frustration. It has nothing to do with any Indian ethnics or Indian girls. Special thanks to a ‘person’ who offered himself to help me with this ‘issue’. If it gets worse, I would definately approach ‘you’!

      Son,

      call Telekom, raise your voice and demand them to get it done IMMEDIATELY, when u call customer service the conversation is recorded, threaten thm tht you will lodge a report to TM HQ, and if theres any FEE involved, demand a refund.

      I booked a car from Proton and was promised a 4 months waiting period. After 4 months were up, Proton were still silent on my car. I rang them up, and they had the nerves to tell me that the waiting period had been extended to 6 months! I fired them, threatening all sorts of things incl demanding a refund(as i had already made full payment in CASH), and within 2 days i received a call from Proton saying that my car was ready to be picked up. The manager of tht particular centre also gave me RM50 worth of petrol money as some sorta bonus.

      This is what you’ve gotta do to get things done in this shabby, 3RD WORLD jungle.

      Advice: - Ensure TM makes a rebate for the unwired duration.

      As long as the broadband or broadly banged is being served by telekom, there is no vidivu kaalam ler..I simply hate the screwed up services by them!
