With regard to my earlier post titled “Tuppariyum Puli - Upcoming Malaysian Tamil Serial”, the director of the aforementioned teleserial emailed me with the link to the teleserial’s trailer uploaded in Youtube which can be viewed below. Personally, I love retro stuffs and this teleserial seems to be revolving in the 70’s or 80’s and it reminds me of the “That 70’s Show” sitcom though. Anyway, this teleserial is scheduled to be aired somewhere in February 2009 via TV2 and Jaya TV Networks, TamilNadu. Yes, you heard that right, Jaya TV networks! My best wishes to the whole team!

      I know it is a Malaysian teleserial … but do we really need another serial?

      YEAH BRO WE NEED THIS ONE TV SERIAL…THE ONE THAT CAN MAKE THE CHANGES TO THE HELPLESS N THE HOPELESS MALAYSIAN INDIAN TV SERIES INDUSTY.. :cool:

      Judging from the trailer, it doesn’t look like it is going to save the industry.

      oh come on eagle..y do we need a malaysian serial? its not bout another Malaysian serial,but its about a Malaysian content that gonna screened in Tamil Nadu,all the while we were watching indian serials,its the 1st time for our product to conquer Tamil Nadu serial..sounds like an achievement for me….futher its so different from existing local even indian serials which full of tears and sorrows..

      Yep..agree with u devika..the trailer is cool for me..it is the concept of the trailer to look cartoonish i guess.you have to understand the concept first.You cant judge the programme with a trailer.Anyway this is the funkiest tamil trailer i ever seen.Hats of guys.Hopefully the programme will be cool as the trailer.Waiting for it !
