kissing scene? what kissing scene?
its always been blocked by a tree or something, or the actor/actress’ back.
even whey they show it, the mood just isn’t there.
i only realize that its supposed to be an intimate scene when the background music changes, that depending on the music director too.
i suggest:
1) ulaga nayagan kamal haasan give free kissing lessons
2) directors actually watch hollywood movies, rather than just steal
its storyline.
but then again, i don’t want to watch a Perarasu (or his assistants’) movie where a punch dialogue is placed before/during/after a kissing scene…
Kissing scene really not suitable for our culture, sometime feel uncomfortable when watch among family members..Both Censor Board from M’sia & Indian should restricted the rules like they do for smoking scenes.
My two cents, but isn’t the “not our culture” excuse a little immature? I can understand older people being uncomfortable, but a 20- or 30-something in this day and age must be living under a rock to think that most young people aren’t sexually aware.

Valge Tamil movies, valge kissing scenes, valge our culture.
It is better for the actors to just go ahead and kiss the actress rather than moving himself all over her body and rubbing his pelvis on her butt for song scenes. Nowadays our Indian actresses are more daring and more open to revealing their fleshy body. Even the fat flabby ones want to show their body too.
KISSING SCENES…I THINK IT DEPENDS ON THE STORYLINE…IF THE STORY REALLY NEED DAT SCENE…I THINK ITS OKAY….COME ON GUYS…THERE ARE EVEN SUM NUDE SCENES IN HOLLYWOOD MOVIES,BT NO ONE SEEMS LIKE COMPLAINING….N WE JUST WATCHT IT.SO,WATS WRONG WIF TAMIL CINEMA???AS INBA SAID….I THINK THE KISSING SCENES IN TAMIL MOVIES R STILL DECENT SINCE IT IS ALLWAYS BLOCKED BY TREES OR THE ACTRESS BACK
I think it’s hot, especially watching Dhanush in kissing scenes, even more than that… I think our culture is changing, and our generation (younger) like it spicy hot!
it’s annoying. people that want to watch kissing scenes and more than that can watch hollywood who has a lot more! I am not a person saying we should save our culture and stuff, but as far as tamil cinema, kissing scenes can only be acceptable if it makes sense, the scene thrown out of nowhere like a song or a fight will just be miserable, and that’s not gonna improve tamil cinema in any way. Tamil cinema should improve with their plot lines, acting, screenplay and then we can think about kissing scenes. until then, it’s just annoying and unnecessary.
