Fatal Surprise

Two days ago, a man was killed in a road accident which occurred at the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong highway stretch. Here is an excerpt of the incident from TheStar.

A man was killed and three others seriously injured in an accident involving four vehicles about 500m from a toll booth along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong Sunday morning.

The deceased is identified as C. Kashminder, 25, from Selayang Baru, Batu Caves.

The accident is believed to have occurred at 7am at KM18.4 when a car with three people inside lost control before crashing into the Proton Wira driven by Kashminder. The impact of the crash caused Kashminder to ram his car into two other cars before crashing into a concrete divider.

While this is shocking, something even more shocking is that the deceased posted a comment in his Facebook just a few days before his death, something that reads as a ’sign’ to let everyone know that his countdown is about to end. Here is a screenshot of the posting in his Facebook:

Kashminder Singh

Read it loud and clear. “there is a big shock waiting for u & its a suprise”. It seems that the deceased thought of wearing a turban but he never made it to see himself wearing it at that time. Instead, it was the funeral crowd who managed to see him wearing it, lying inside the coffin.

You see, this is not the first time that this kind of death-alert is happening.

1) One of the Tamil school student who drowned in last year’s Kuala Dipang bridge tragedy managed to write and give an apology letter to her parents on something that she did just a few days earlier. Apparently, it was her last letter.

2) One of the girl who died in KB Mall (Kelantan) last year after being hit by a fallen car asked her father to deposit RM50 to her account a few days earlier all of a sudden. Apparently, it was her last request.

3) A lady who died in a road accident last year was seen dressed in white from head to toe before the accident and it was said that she had never dressed like that before.

4) Another guy who died in a road accident managed to call his wife in another town and telling her “Just thought of saying I love you to you”. Apparently, it was his last call to his wife.

These kind of death-alerts/death-signs or whatever you call is kinda freaking. No one knows exactly when someone would be doing or asking something out of the norm all of a sudden. That being said, always keep an eye on your loved ones.

Rest in peace Kashminder.

first and foremost i’d like to hand my condolences to Kash’s family and friends may his soul rest in piece =/
and secondly i’d like to share a little story on the death alarm incident..i’ve also experienced loss and have grieved a whole lot due to it… you see my dad was a licensed aircraft engineer and he worked really hard to require his title.. on the day he passed away he got through an interview and was suppose to be transferred into a highly established company, the sad thing about this is he kinda sent signals all over tht his death was near.. he changed the will’s of our family *only a few days before he died*, asked my mum to make his favourite dishes * ikan bilis with lime* and he got up early without my mum calling in to wake him up for work.. now its all just a memory.. i still remember my last moments which i spent with him.. it was when he sent me for my tution class, it was raining very heavily and the only thing i regret the most is not kissing him goodbye and telling him how much i loved him =/ this was 13 years back

he got through the job but never worked as an engineer.. the day after his death his license was posted to our house which made his death even more bitter, he spent 6 years working to gain the title but never worked as one..may his soul rest in peace..

I once had a friend who I loved dearly. She asked me out one day with another guy friend, and since it was nearing Diwali, we went to this KL Central Deepavali Bazaar. There, she bought herself a white punjabi suit, (I mean really white), white bangles, white pottu, almost everything’s white. We were even kidding that she should color her hair white to match the costume. Well, she suppose to attend a wedding the next day, and she planned to wear that. 2 days after that, I received a call from the guy friend that my darling friend has passed away, in a car accident. I was completely shocked and can never digest the fact that she has left us. She was dressed in white, from head to toe.

P/S: She bought me a top in the bazaar, I never thought that is gonna be the last thing ever that I’m going to get from her..
